Im about to start a 6 week halo cycle in a couple weeks, keeping it at 100mg for the last 4 weeks. Shooting for more of a bulk cycle as I am going to be eating at least 500 above maintenance. I got everything lined up and have just been trying to get a plan together as far as what kind of program I will be sticking to while on cycle. Right now I am doing a 6day push/pull/legs, with the first three days being hypertrophy and the back half of the week being heavy. What have you guys found most beneficial while on cycle? I am thinking something like this would be best because you get all the muscle groups in twice a week. Ive heard that going to something like 5x5 after cycle is best which makes sense for keeping the strength up, but trying to get some feed back on what I should shoot for while on cycle. So should I keep the reps high and kill one muscle group a week, like doing a regular split workout or heavy split or what?
