Deficit and PH

I'll be running Super Mandro soon. As of right now I'm eating 2k calories a day trying to cut. When I get on Mandro, I'm trying to figure out how many calories I will need a day to gain muscle and lose fat.


Maybe 2500?

215lbs
15-18%bf

Usually you cant put on muscle without a surplus and you can't lose weight without a deficit. So what do yall suggest.

On this cycle my goals are to lean up and put on a few lbs of muscle.

I would just stay at 2500. You will put on muscle.
