Testicular atrophy after pct

Tried out sdmz 2 for 3 weeks then did a nolvadex and exemestane pct. After pct my balls were almost bigger than before I started. It has been roughly 4 weeks since pct ended and now my nuts have started to shrink again and almost feel smaller than when I was on cycle. I haven't taken any supplements since the end of pct so I am very confused as to why this is happening! Does any one know why this could be happening?!

Go get blood work private md female hormone panel.

Your body may just be adjusting to post pct.
