Sust & Var suggestions?

Relatively low bf
Lifting and sports forever, lifting for aesthetics around 2 years.
Ran a few Ph and one Test E cycle 5 weeks realized it was **** product and went Pct.

Just got sust 250-15 1ml vials
And Oxanabol (anavar) 200 10mg tabs
The gear seams really legit pharmaceutical grade. And a super reliable source

Plan
W1- sust 250mg
W2-8 sust 500 mg (Mon, Thur)

Anavar I'm undecided

No deaf ears around here! Just looking for dosage and timing suggestions!

Oh and calories are gonna be around 3k trying to keep it lean lean lean to loose some Bf. And gonna do mainly high rep mid weight!

200 10mg tabs of var is literally 20 days at 100mg ed which isn't much. If it's real good **** and you can run 50mg ED I'd do that for 40 days. I never understood sust. You have Ling esters in there thay aren't even going to be kicking in until like 2 weeks before you pct. Any way to make it longer than 8 weeks?

Right. I'm trying but as far as right now that's all I have.
As far as the sust thing in not for sure just what my guy had I just really wanted to get a cycle goin

Cause,the majority of sust is the longest Ester so you're only getting like 100mg twice a week from the short esters

No not really to cut bf is maybe 14-18% don't have equipment to know for sure. Gonna eat 3+k just trying to keep it as clean as possible don't want to dirty bulk that's what got my bf up( and to much beer).just solid keep able mass tayler swift
