Proper way to bridge?

Just curious if I was to bridge A Sarm like ostarine into a PH cycle how would I go about doing that? I'm specifically talking about bridging ostarine into an AndroBulk, AndroMass, Andro Enhanced and Andro Hard cycle.I know the andros don't kick in immediately so should I bridge ostarine one week into cycle? 2 weeks? I plan on running the primordial lineup for 8 weeks and may add in some androfactory products that are basically identical to Primordial Performances lineup to keep dosages higher. At first I planned on running osta on cycle but then prohormone podcast had some article about how that's just stupid so..this is getting a bit complicated and it's frustrating me. Every time I think I have all the answers someone else tells me that I'm wrong lol
