Nordiol......Norderm. what do I stack w/

Just received my nordiol what is best stack with it? 4ad from what I
read is best? What about running it alone, is it too suppressive?

I am looking for lean mass
5.8"
180lbs
34yrs
BF% around 15-17%
training exp: 5-6 years

low card diet


I also have SD coming

I stacked Norderm and 4derm and it was a great cycle. I wouldn't go norderm solo. A friend of mine did and he was miserable. He added 4ad after about 20 unproductive days and suddenly he felt great, gained solidly and it was all good.

I started a 19-nordiol, 4AD cycle a few months ago and started to get gyno about three weeks in. I had the nordiol around 800mg and the 4AD around 400mg. That was my first experience with gyno. Scared the **** out of me. I stopped the cycle and started in on my nolva. So make sure you are prepared.

run the nordiol at 800mg ed for 6 weeks with Superdrol for 4, should be great for bulking

He is doing dermals. IF I remember correctly, 800mg transdermal is a very high dose. I gained well at 400-500mg daily divided into 2 applications.
