Question about peak time of cycles.

Curious about the two week mark. Is this the period of time you would get the most of the strength increase and aggression in the gym? Or if done right will the whole cycle be this way?

Putting my workout plan together and would like to get the most advantages.

Well that would depend on what cycle you are running.

I am doing a Epi/halo stack. 30/50, for 30 days.

I am doing a Epi/halo stack. 30/50, for 30 days.
30 days would be a waste for both of those. Neither of them really kick in until about the third week. I would run it for 6 weeks minimum man.
