Getting back into the weight lifting scene but can't do military presses cause of left shoulder muscle pain. I went from 215lbs to only being able to do the bar now. But it's only that particular exercise. Must have some kind of deltoid injury. I did a bit of mild ph's in the past and was wondering if that would speed recovery. Or mainly just plain DAA. Direction is appreciated. Thanks.

Some say 5a hydroxy laxogenin helps with joint pain, not sure about your issue tho

Others claims Ostarine to have bennies in the healing dept but that might be anecdotal

That's a dramatic drop in weight. I'd say a physician and/or rest/rehab would be best. Good luck man, injuries are a pain in the arse...

Sounds more like a tendon/ligament problem rather than the actual deltoid, unless you have swelling of the delt. My shoulder has been an issue over the past few years. The work capacity is slowly eroding. I suggest a doctor or orthopedic specialist. You could google diagnostic manipulation techniques to try to get an idea of what's wrong before you go. The shoulder is just so complex that it really takes an expert to find the root cause. In the meantime plenty of rest, proper stretching, foam rolling, and ice/heat therapy. Look up rotator strengthening techniques. I don't advise Any anti-inflammatories as it can mask the pain leading to greater injury. DAA will do nothing towards healing. Fish/flax oils, multivitamin, extra vitamin c and calcium are all great for overall joint health. 215to 45 is a huge drop. Something could be very wrong. Oh, and stop military pressing till you get it sorted out.

Thanks. It's definitely muscle related. I have full range of motion and no pain. Just pain when I do that particular exercise. Was hoping to find something that would facilitate healing. I do stretch frequently and don't use any pain meds.

Hmm you could always try some anafuse. That might be a good one for muscle recovery. It has 5a-hydroxy-laxogenin and epicatechin in it. We carry it at Strong Supplement Shop as well.

Not experienced in the ph world man. But to heal my injuries in the off season I use MGF and IGF along with some GH. Sometimes I run low dose deca or npp to lube up the joints. If you questions on those ask and I will elaborate. It has healed a ton of weird injuries and some serious ones as well but it ain't cheap.

Related to shoulder issues.. I have a bad rotator cuff and have strained tendons in my right shoulder. I use some stretching techniques and foam rollers to strengthen and help recovery. Stretching with a broom handle under tension is money for my recovery.

5a-hydroxy-Laxogenin has been shown to expedite the repair process.

You should checkout some of the stacks available at TGB right now using our latest transdermal: Vedius.

Other things to consider: Fish Oil, Cissus (Achilles is my favorite)
