Ive just started on a bottle of Dermacrine, 3 pumps per day...
Ive been applying it at night, a hour before bed after a shower... and wondering when would be the best time to apply???
It says on the bottle that it is released for 24hrs...but surely it kicks in faster if applied a few hours before your normal workout schedule.
So, for me, i workout around noon. I take all my PH's around 7am...so would it best be applied at 7am, for best results?
When is the the best time, in yalls opinion?
