i'd use the Osta Shred for a cut then do the Epistane when you're ready to start increasing calories.

Yea ostashred is a nice product for a beginner and if you haven't used epi I would start with ostashred. You can check it out at Strong Supplement shop for more info to.

Epistane followed by osta shred as part of the PCT regimen or both stacked together. Personally I don't like epi very much but it is a nice cutter. Can eat dirty and still stay lean while on it.
