Total testosterone /free testosterone question

My endocrinologist said my total testosterone is 138 on day of next shot but said my free testosterone was 40.3 and told me this is okay.....
what do you think?

Now on lab results it said normal is between
890 & 300 total testosterone. I think my indo is being an *******..
