Im taking ostashred and anafuse for a week now.
Last night i felt it kick in. I had some calf pumps (nothing like epistane), and my sleep was a little wonky. Woo!
So this morning i woke up and my nipples were rock hard. Theyve been hard all day, like i just took a cold shower. My nipples are typically flat and soft.
I realize this isnt gyno, and osta is mild, and i realize the mucuna and ai should be doing its thing, but do i have any cause for concern? I do have nolva and inhibit on hand.
