For those that have pulsed epistane in the recent past, what was the protocol you used? I've pulsed SD in the past at 10mg pre and 10 post-workout but pretty sure epi requires a larger dose as it's not as potent. It does lend itself well to pulsing IIRC as its half-life is relatively short.
I train 3 times per week and am only looking to use it on those days. I was thinking 20mg pre-workout and 20mg post-workout might be good. Any help would be appreciated.
