About to begin my first cycle (in general) of Ostashred.

About me:
23 years old, lifting since 16 (seriously i.e. diet, since 18)
6 foot 1
205 lbs @ 12% BF
Calories are about 500 above maintenance full of steak, chicken, salmon, sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, veggies, oatmeal, eggs

Plan is 25 mgs of Ostashred every morning at one dose for full 60 days with fish oil. (Question? I lift at different times everyday. Is it cool that I take the Osta routinely every morning even though I may not lift till that night?)

One day after last serving of Osta I will do Tamoxifen every day 40/40/20/20

Goal is to put on a few pounds of lean muscle.

Current lifts:
Bench 275x6
Deads 405x8
Squats 365x8

I'll be logging my progress. Starting in a week. And I'll post before and after pics at the end

Let me know what you guys think?

your good on dosing osta has a long half life so it doesnt really matter when you take it, just be, consistent.... you will definitely see some gains... i ran ~8 weeks at 25 mg on a cut and gained 3-4 lbs of muscle and made solid strength gains while losing 17 lbs

Just got it in. On my third day and I'll start logging workouts after today. I'll post before and after pics at the end of the log but as for now I'll attach some pics I took a few months ago to give you guys an idea of where I'm at.
