I did my usual workout yesterday i feel no doms no soreness also i upped the dumbell weight from 40 to 50 lbs and upped the reps from 10 to 14 on most excersize . My form is great my eating is on point i slept 10 hrs . I really went hard . Now heres the question . Should i up the reps or up the weight.? My goal is as much mass as possible.
