Mdrol /Epi-Andro Recomp

So I'm closing in on my start date of April 1 for a 4-6 week cycle of mdrol and Epi andro. Goal is a lean recomp with strength gain. The plan was to run Epi solo, but I've always been curious how a 10mg mdrol cycle would go and just happen to have a bottle kicking around, so I'll log it.

Currently taking:
-Organ shield (3caps per day, bumped to 4 when on)
-Fish oil
-Multi
-Liv52 (I know there is controversy over this supp but I have it)
-Cissus XT

I will post my starting weight on Wednesday, first day of lifting, plan on taking first dose Tuesday.

I haven't seen any super drol Epi andro logs so hopefully this will be something new!

Should be a really good run- done similar cycles and got lean as a mofo. Beach time!

I would up the Mdrol to 20 for the last 2 weeks- Epi Andro is so mild man. I thought you said Epi, but Epi Andro is still the ****, bump up the SD dose tho.

I'm not interested in 20, that's all I've ever run for Mdrol doses and I blow up, like 20lbs and get very lethargic. Looking to stay athletic, honestly if you could still find halo I would run that instead but I'm not paying the eBay prices, plus half of it seems fake.

Seems some guys have had good luck on 10 and we will all see how it works during this log.

With that said, this is the 2013 exp batch so if I'm feeling it is weak come week two I have considered running 15, but only if results are negligible, and I don't see that happening.

Day 1

I took my first doses yesterday as planned,
today was first lifting day. My job forces me to lift a weird schedule, but I typically lift 4 days a week.

Big breakfast this morning, and lifted two hours after, I always llift best 2 hrs after a big heavy meal.

I really didn't expect to feel a difference this early but I had a great leg day and have to argue that something had a slight effect today, nothing felt heavy. Mood was great, really excited about this run.

Today's lifts:
Warm up with box jumps, 18" to 36"

-Box squats- 135x8, 225x8, 255x8, 275x5, 315x5, 345x5, 365x5, 385x5, 405x5
(I really wanted to keep going up, they all felt light but I didn't have a spotter so I stopped, gym was dead)

-36" Box jumps- 10, 15, 15
(Again, felt like I could have done these all day)

-BB walking lunges 135lb- 10, 10, 9
( these finally hit me hard and slowed me down, thankfully)

-Donkey calves (1 sec hold)-70x20, 90x20, 20,20
-Laying Hamstring curl (1sec hold)- 80x15, 90x15, 100x15, 12

-Bench reverse crunch with neg last- 20, 20, 20, 20

-1:30 plank

Recovery times were great today and my legs don't have the typical jello feeling, again I have never felt a cycle hit in one day but I do feel like there was a slight help today.

Also, as far as dosing Epi andro, I took first dose pre workout, should the second one be right after your workout with meal or still later that night like off days?

Oh yeah, I'm at a new gym and they're still filling in their inventory, the scale is on back order so I went and bought one today, I'll post my am weight before breakfast tomorrow.

Weight: 217.2lb

Felt good today, past two days I having been drinking a ton of water, seems I can't get enough, I've also woke up both nights to pee, that never happens.

Today was chest/back power day

-Incline bb- 135x8, 165x8, 185x5, 205x5, 225x 4,4,5
(My bench sucks, always have shoulder issues)

-Rack pulls- 225x5, 255x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5, 345x1, 365x1, 385x1, 405x1
(Hurt my lower back a little last month so I have been slowly easing back in pulls and racks)

-Pull ups- 10,10,8,8
-Push ups- 25,25,25,25
(Both supersetted together)

-Seated cable row- 121x15, 143x10, 165x10, 187x10,10

Finished up with some tricep chest and hammer iso stuff.

Pumps were good for this early, again still surprised I feel anything, I'm sure some is placebo but either way having good workouts, typically this early my workouts arnt great for a week or so.

Tomorrow is speed leg day, legs (mainly glutes) are a little sore today, should be fine for light speed stuff though.

My job forces me to life 4 consecutive days which is why my program seems like I've cut and pasted from a few routines, there aren't many that can work in 4 days.

Didn't have a great workout, but legs speed day is never my favorite anyways, definitely prefer going heavy.

Still constantly thirtsy, shoulders a feeling a little dry but once warmed up feel fine lifting. Starting to feel a little more solid, looking forward to upcoming days.
