Does anyone know what this chemical structure is?

Estra-4, diene-3, 17 dione in 25mg per cap?

It is being sold as a hardener and strength increaser.

this stuff is what in finagenx its a ph, but people didnt had much sucess with it.

That stuff is trash from personal experience. I hardened up, but also caught some symptoms of gyno in as little as 3 weeks. I used it with as a part of a stack. I quickly used nolva, dropped the 19-norjunk, and continued my stack w/o it. No problems after discontinued use. -Gyno in a bottle-

The product is just being marketed wrong then...

I am gonna put diff lables on it and sell it for twice as much as an "all natural breast enhancer!"
