Upping my dosage

My current cycle is set out like 30/40/40/40/40/40 I'm coming to the end of my 3rd week and feeling good with no sides (apart from back pumps). I've worked out and I've got enough caps to change it to 50/50/60 for my last 3 weeks, do you's think that would be good and see how my body reacts?

Really depends in you, your health and cycling experience.

If this is your first cycle I would leave it as is

Unfortunately, he is correct imo. You shouldn't up your dose unless the gains have stopped. If you are still gaining then leave it alone. When gains slow down, then up the dose

Yeah I understand what he's saying, but he just pulled that quote out of thin air. Think I'll see how this week goes at 40, seeing as it's my 4th week and this seems to be gainzweek from other peoples logs

It was for me. I ran epi at 45 mg last time and had a great run. I briefly upped my dose to 60 and felt like sh1t until I dropped it back to 45. I was also running 90mg tren with it though.

Everyone is different. I upped to 50 cause l had no change from 30 to 40. If things are great, dont change it
