androsta-3 5-diene-7 17-dione detection time question

I am competing soon and had been taking a product with this in it, I just noticed it is on the banned substance list so I stopped taking the item but I was curious as to how long it will be in my system for?

anybody have an idea? i've read between 24 hours and 12 months.

Yeah I'm hoping for 5-7 day clearance from a PH cycle I'm running for a competition in May.
