First cycle help needed

Hey guys tried making a new thread, I think it got lost somewhere. Anyway I am looking to start my first cycle of a good steroid or ph. I have sourced nolva for my pct and have researched as much as I could for cycel supports and pct's, now I need the true grit on what ph or steroid on my cycle. I am 25 and am 5'11" and weigh about 176lbs. I have cut down from 265lbs and look to drop down to about 165lbs before starting the cycle. My goal is to level off around a solid 175lbs give or take for a good recomp. This is my first cycle of anything and I have a good clean diet and am pretty tuned into my nutritional intake.

Sounds good, could I get by with running m-sten for 6 weeks? Also would stacking this with something like 4-andro have any benefit? Really wished I could have got in before so much got banned, I think I would have liked to try a cycle of Sasquatch dna or mammoth dna. Id thought it might be easier to still get some being they were just recently banned.

Does msten tend to be more dry gains or wet? I'm just now starting to become more visibly vascular and would kinda like to maintain that. Already trying to plan for the next cycle and see what I would want to achieve from it.

For support i build my own packs myself. But Olympus labs has a great cycle support. So does ironmaglabs

With this being my first cycle ever and running this 4 weeks is a good 10lbs achievable with minimal fat gain? I'd like to run 4-andro in the cycle too would this benefit me much being younger or would that likely just be a waste of money?

For supports I'd recommend Antaeus Aegis + Talos + Ultra CoQ10. Probably in that order, if money is short

hard in what sense? liver, lipids, sides... In any case pretty sure DMZ3.0 is harsher (but I haven't run both so just going from 3rd party feedback)

For a first cycle you need to forget about sdmz3. Run the msten and see how your body reacts. If you have a problem free cycle and pct you could consider taking something harsher.

I forgot to link this page earlier but this is a good page at strong supplement shop to check out if your new to PH's. Super dmz 3.0 is a 3 compound PH and shouldnt be your first PH. However i know its kind of whatever you can get your hands on at this point cause of the ban but i would agree and run msten first and see how that goes.

I read that the epi andro helps the lethargy. I'll post my full cycle here before I start and probably start a thread to show progress.

You'll probably want to add in some extra tudca with your support or you'll feel like crap. Lots of vit c, taurine and glutamine for immue system. Msten seems to make people sick at around week 2.

Will do, definitely want to keep in top shape as I work 3rd shift and it's hard enough to keep myself feeling decent. Ideally I'd work out when I came home in the mornings before I sleep but as it stands now the best time for me to get in a decent work out is an hour before work.

You can achieve this easily naturally. I would recommend that over a cycle. Cutting to 165 then bulking to 175, should be a simple task the natural way. Plus you won't risk any shutdown.

Epi Andro would be a great addition to msten, go for it! I learned the hard way about not having a test base, will include one in every cycle from now on. Platinum Nutraceuticals makes good td epi andro

I think I am going to shoot for 500 calories over maintenance. I guess if I feel I can up my calorie intake I will, just don't want to much fat to have to try to lose after the cycle as I would rather concentrate on keeping as much of my gains as possible.

Platinum has transdermal epi andro, much better absorption than oral. I think they have 55% off still code AM55. Check it out, they have lots of good stuff that is lab certified. I wouldn't worry about fat, focus on gains! The msten should keep you lean, even in a surplus

No just to stack with my msten cycle. I'll be running a cycle support also. Yet to decide on which cycle support but will be getting some glutamine and taurine for the cycle too .

Certain PH/DS/AS kill your libido. Epi Andro acts as a Test Base to keep your libido up. It also increases your strength and
hardens your muscles.

When most people build an AS cycle, test is usually always the base to build on to replace your natural test while you are using
the other PH/DS/AS for your goal.

There's only 3 current PH/DS still available to act as a test base... Epi Andro, Trestolone & 4 Andro
test production, most will kill your libido and give you lethargy.

Yes, most PH/DS/AS cause loss of libido and lethargy to some extent or another because
they are shutting down your natural test production and not replacing it with everything that you need.

You have to remember that PH/DS/AS are isolated variations of your hormones that increase one or
two aspects of the effects of testosterone or dht, like increased protein synthesis, increased strength,
etc, but they dont have all aspects of them,

Technically theres no substitute for Test, Test is test.

But if you dont have access to Test and you want something to mimic a test base as close as it can,
then Epi Andro would be a good non methylated product that has little sides and will combat the
loss of libido and lethargy that comes with the use of alot PH/DS.

-Fish oil
-Taurine for bad pumps

-Exemstane (AI) -> probably just for pct
