Gyno

In 2014 I took a ph bedlam(lmg,m14add) in the month of February. I took liver support with it and a pct. I noticed little lumps under my nips but didn't think much of it and figured it'd go away. In around July of 2014 i took another ph Mayhem(epistane) pct properly and about a month later the lumps got worse. Now my nips look so bad. They poke out and are puffy when it's hot. I know that it's gyno because of the lumps. It annoys the **** out of me and my chest is pretty thick, muscular but a little fat. The lumps are about the size of a nickel in both. Both of my nips are sore most of the time.So now that I know what it is I just wanted to know if you guys had any advice on completely reversing
it(although I've read that it is hard) or even making the puffiness of my nipples go down some so they don't poke out. I just want the puffiness to go away so my nipples don't stick out so much. Let me know what yalls solution or thoughts are on this

Long term Letro maybe. It'll be a bitch but it may shrink them over time, may not go away without surgery. Surgery would be the fastest.

Unfortunately, the only way to 100% get rid of gyno seems to be surgery.

Long term letro should certainly shrink the lumps, but they will always be puffy and are likely to flare back up.

Also, being as lean as possible helps...as estrogen thrives in fatty tissue.

I'm in the same boat lol.

do you know since they are always tender if that means they're getting worse or what?

They're certainly not getting better lol...but if they are always tender then your estrogen/prolactin levels are definitely pretty high.

Mine only get tender when I get on a cycle and don't take enough anti e.

I have an AI, it's called alphadex my myokem. I'm gonna start it today. That should fix it correct

Fix it? No.

Reduce tenderness yes. Reduce puffiness yes...to some degree.

Although I am not familiar with the product your are going to take...

Too bad formestane isn't around any more...that **** did wonders for me.

OP, Myokem is a solid company but there is no way that an OTC AI is going to help you in your situation. You've gotten some great advice by some very knowledgeable guys...go see a doc!

Probably surgery bro
run low dose SERM for 3-5 months to block glads, and if by then not shrunken to what you like, then the above is your likely only option now. id do a SERM run before going doc IMO

YOU DO NOT NEED AN AI!!!!!
an AI ON CYCLE TO AVOID GYNO yes, but once you got it it doesnt mean your estrogen is high.. your off cycle.. why take an AI and crash your estrogen and cause alot of other possible health issues... a SERM atleast will leave you with normal estrogen and just block the glands and possibly let them shrink. the AI or letro for gyno removal is a stupid stupid approach, sorry if that offends someone but it is stupid period... brologic at it again IMO.

ps go for blood work to see test and e2 ( estrogen) levels, no dont tell doc you took aas, say you feel very off and no libido. maybe you took a hebal supp from internet, about word steroids .

I have tried nolva off cycle in the past for gyno...not much effect.

Used letro...tapered down slowly. Drastic reduction...no rebound due to the strategic tapering.

Just my two cents.

appreciate it man. I have read that letro(ONLY IN SOME CASES) can reverse it but it's very rare. I also read that letro is horrible for your body, it kills sex drive completely and libido. What would you recomend to at least shrink the gland? Nolva or clomid. And what kind of dosing.

I meant to say fix prolactin levels and level out my estrogen/test levels. Not completely fix the gyno

when you say test cycle do you mean ph or a natural booster haha. And do you have a specific brand of the Adex you took?

currently running 750 test e/week, i really cant recommend any brand of adex, i have some generic stuff i got from a friend but the stuff works, you'll definitely notice it. I originally didnt plan on using it at all because I wanted to see what the test does to me. Anyways, nipples got tingly on occasion, started running adex at .5 for 3 days and then .25 eod, about 2 weeks later it felt like i had a new pair of pecs

oh **** hahha yea I haven't taken anything that hard.
I've actually found the test that i'm running to be milder/more tolerable than some of the ph i've ran in the past, gains are slow and steady but cycle is a bit boring

did your nipples get less puffy? And did the tenderness go away? And have you heard of Arimit? I'm not sure if that Adex but I know it's an AI

Anymore, an OTC anti-estrogen of any kind will not help much with gyno.

Back in the day, formestane and similar transdermals worked wonders for me.

However, as already stated, you need to get an actual AI or SERM.

OP you are missing the point. You came here asking for advice. You got advice from some very reputable members. However, you seem to have brushed that advice off for a more convenient route.

If you don't want to go see a doctor look into Raloxifene. It has shown to be very effective in reducing and in some cases completely reversing gyno. It will be a long slow process, but it won't cost $5000.

yes you're right, but I've been to the doctor and had an ultra sound. They said the only thing they could do was surgery. I'm just trying to do everything I can before I take that route

Post some pics if ur comfortable. I Guarentee they are not as bad as you think. I was in this exact situation last year. If you're not very lean, cutting will help. It will not make them lass noticeable, but it will make you look better over all. It will be like a muscular chest and a bit of gyno instead of looking like a fat chest. Your nipples are also extra puffy cause ur estrogen is out of wack. And lastly literally nobody cares sour your gyno except maybe some other guy who will poke fun at it. My buddy's got the worst gyno I've seen in person. it's from puberty too. Even when he pinches his nipples and they're hard you can tell. He pulls ***** easily from just meeting chicks in person, on tinder and at the gym. Don't let it stress you out too much, and don't touch them. If you're REALLY set on surgery it's cheaper to book a flight to poland and back and get it done there, and stay for 3-5 days then it is to book it locally. Last I checked it was 5 grand locally and about 2 grand total for poland including the flight and everything.

Oh And get some bloods done first to see how everything is.

You're lucky it doesn't look bad at all cause you're dark skinned. Basically control your estrogen, and get bloods done. Controlling your estro will reduce puffiness, and cutting some weight will make your chest more masculine looking, even though it won't necessarily make them harder to see ittl still look better.

Uhh even if it's under the nipple there is breast tissue. What exactly would he need surgery for if it wasn't breast tissue? OP. My recommendation is to cut down a bit in Bf. You most likely won't care. And apparently putting Nivea for men on them will make them burn like crazy, but keep them hard for a couple days, if you're really that worried and you're at a beach party or something.

The nipples are too big and puffy i dont think that can be reversed and cutting down wont make a difference to the nipple size. He needs his glands removed.

Hey OP what did your pct layout look like for these cycles?

Did you use AIs at all, on cycle or pct?
