Hey guys I'll try to keep this short and post this here as no one in the HRT responded.

-went on TRT for a year after never recovering from Tren 4/1/13
-got off after never feeling better and my combat sport banned trt in February 2014
-came off 3/1/14
-ran power pct
2 months after Total T 420, free t 5(9-20)
3 months after total t 460 , free t 6(9-20)
Ran another power pct but stopped two weeks into serms

Ran 3rd pct of torem fonsihed 1/3/15
1 week after total t 783, free t 12(9-20)
Lh and fsh top of range
-6 weeks after pct , currently, total t 382
Estradiol 21(7-42)
Now too be fair the previous 3 days before this test I was drinking quite a bit and only ate probably 1000 calories of food a day at most.

Now its 7 weeks since pct and I'm feeling okay but not as I was before ever taking roids

Its been almost a year since coming off trt , I think maybe the fact that I have ran 3 pcta and not just let mybody heal after the first one has hindered my recovery.
I want to give my body a good 6 months without anything except healthy livings d see where I end up but I'm not sure if if this is my best bet. I know I was you and could have caused permanent damage to my hpta, but I think because I am young I can recover fairly close to what I was before.

Not really sure what's my best bet to do now.

Let my body recover on its own without messing with more SERMs and live healthy and see where I'm at in 6 months?

My SHBG is high and never falls back down after SERMS. My total T is around where it always was 4-500 but now my SHBG is 55(15-55) leaving me with little free test. Not sure what to do...

The first bloods I got were after a prohormone, but I still wasn't fully recovered and never got them when I felt good. Was young and dumb, still am.
looked something like this
Total T 468
SHBG 19(15-55)
Free Test 12.8(9-21)
Cortisol 7.9 (8am 8-19) Taken at 10:03am
DHEA-Sulfate 125(100-460)
t4 low 4.3(4.5-12)
Thyroxine Binding Globulin low 8(13-39)
LH 3.4(1.7-8.6)
FSH 5(1.5-12.4)

those numbers looked fine for the most part. Up your diet and get a lot of healthy fats in, train as disciplined as possible, and lastly maybe try some test boosters. Alphamax , hpta , and volume have really done great things for me! Also you could look up excersises that are proven to raise test. I know shorter explosive sprints can do some test raising. I'm by no means an expert but I hope this gives you maybe the bare bones map to getting your test back up!

Deff cut out the drinking. If memory serves me right it makes it hard on your liver to filter out estrogen and estrogen rises. Like I said not an expert but trying to help!

Drinking will reduce your test and increase best I've heard. By how much? I have no idea.

Maybe look into a clomid protocol to reboot, from what I've seen it's one of the best for restarting natural production and even improving natural production in many people.

those bloods were pre tren back in 2011
my current bloods have my total t at 382 and my shbg at 55(15-55) leaving me with below range free test and estradiol at 21(7-42).

I'm seeing Dr Romeo Mariano next month so I don't really want to try anything else until then as far as another clomid restart as I've already done 2 since coming off trt a year ago. Now I haven't tried a longer clomid treatment say 3-6 months, which I've heard some people have success with.

I feel drastically different every week since last SERM dose 8 weeks ago. Last week no energy and very angry and I even cried for the first time in a few years./ This week I have a lot of energy but it's more like anxiety giving me energy and hard time getting erections even with cialis. i guess I just need more time and patience and hope my body levels out. Thanks guys for the input so far.
