I have a question in regards to blasting/cruising. I am 36 currently on TRT of 200 mg/week test CYP. Training for 12 years, ran various cycles etc.
Now in terms of my goals I am not looking to really add significant mass. Currently I'm 5'10" 220 lbs and 10% body fat.
With this being said I want to maintain leanness, strength, vascularity, and possibly make small lean gains over time. I don't see myself pounding calories way above my maintenance calories to gain mass. So with that in mind does it still make sense to blast and cruise? Normally I'd suspect that most guys up their cals during a blast. Does anyone else blast and cruise in this manner?
