Hey guys,
I was just wondering what PH cycle you would recommend for strength gains, any other added benefits being gravy. My current stats are:
Age: 26
BW 230
Bench 315
Squat 460
Deadlift 565
I have been out of the PH game for a few years now and nothing has come up for strength emphasis in my search.
