1-Andro + Epi-Andro Cycle - Calorie Question?

My maintenance is 2500 (5'7" 169lbs). I am wanting to lean up while keeping as much weight/muscle as possible. I just took 6 months off so I am going back into it sort of like a noob.

I plan on getting diet and routine settled in before I start the cycle but while on, should I be eating 2500 or should I eat more/less?

If 2500 is maintenance, and it sounds like you want to cut, I would recommend eating the maintenance calories of 2500 or running a slight deficit of 100-200 cal.

I agree with the above. 1-andro will preserve your muscle mass, maybe even add some, and epiandro will help you lean out and will make your muscles harder. Don't eat above maintenance, because you will end up gaining solid 6-8 lbs, but won't be any leaner, at least not visibly. That's my experience.
