Hey all, I recently started taking my SDMZ 3.0 + DecaDrol Max :D

I am ****ing pumped for this one! Thanks IML for this opportunity to log SDMZ 3.0 for you all!

So far I have outlined my cycle *basic stuff* check it out below and see what you think. I haven't added in PCT and what not yet but I am thinking Nolva and Torem this cycle to see how it treats me. My first 3 cycles were all Nolva and I have thought about trying another compound in PCT this time. As usual I will be running Osta in PCT to help keeps gains. Say what you all want, the Osta works wonders for me in PCT. :D I am trying to get some bloodwork done before the compounds start to kick in (so getting that done in the next couple of days if I can) and I will post that up if I get a chance!

Projected Cycle Outline

2 pills of SDMZ for 6 weeks
+
100mg of DecaDrol for 6 weeks.
+
4 pills of AM1CARE PRO for 6 weeks

Needs:
6 bottles of water per day = 6*7*6 = 252 Bottles of Water
2 pills of SDMZ 3.0 per day = 2*7*6 = 84 pills of SDMZ 3.0
4 pills of DecaDrol Max per day = 4*7*6 = 168 pills of DecaDrol
4 pills of AM1CARE PRO for 6 weeks = 4*7*6 = 168 pills of AM1CARE PRO

Here is my cycle food as of right now:

Here is a little update as far as projected calories and meals.

Either we (my fiance' and I or her mother) cooks dinner every night so that will be my last meal of the day. The other stuff I am shooting to eat every freaking day. :D

2200 calories -
Protein -50% = 287.5g
Fats -40% = 102g
Carbs -10% = 57.5g



How much of each per week?

Eggs = 3*7= 21 eggs per week.
Cheese = 1/4 cup * 7 = 1 bag every 2 weeks
Cottage Cheese = 1 cup * 7 = 2.5 containers per week

Broccoli = 3 cups per week — I already have a huge bag in my freezer at the moment.

Beef = 16oz (1lb) * 7 = 7 lbs per week
Chicken = 8 oz (.5lb) * 7 = 3.5 lbs per week.

Looks good... But why such a low amount of carbs? I'd drop protein a little and up carbs. You bulking right?

Nolva is always solid in PCT as you know, why not throw in some clomid?

I'll be following your progress with this for sure!

I'm pretty sure I am looking fuller. Appetite is increasing and strength is up just a little bit.

My strength on cycle doesn't ever kick in till about the end of the 2nd week. I wish I was one of those 1st weekers.

Strength was up on my curls last night by about 15 lbs actually now that I think about it. Last time I ran sten solo I had a 60lb increase on my bench and like 120 in squat. So I am excited for this run!!!

Well boys in looking fuller and this low carb diet / Keto is really helping me slim up and if all goes well, I'm going to be sitting really good for the wedding.

Ok boys, the time is now. Holy god this stuff rocks.

Would recommend this cycle to anyone that wants to get cut the **** up, get massive gains, and still have the libido to go forever!!!

Today I'm really noticing the effects. Last night I felt like I could eat for 4 (and I did).

I ate so much I had to make myself stop.

Strength has steadily been rising. Going to get some weights and a bar to use on my new bench for tonight and try my strength out!!

PS like I said about the libido, it's through the roof.

There is a hot chick I work with that is looking pretty good today and this is only making it 10,000,000,000 times worse.

Good god...

I'm pumped just thinking about the cycle in general and I might have to go home in the middle of work lmfao.

Super workout today. Bench (for reps) is up almost 40lbs.

Massive pump, great focus. The **** is legit!!

Went for 275 on my own and **** I'm so glad I didn't try to go higher. Almost didn't get it up. So glad I did though it was the longest lift of my life! Lol.

Awesome bench man and glad to hear strength is up!

Me and the Gf have a memory foam mattress... I absolutely HATE sleeping on anything else, I don't feel her move or anything it's amazing.

Should definatley invest in one! Or at least a topper for the mattress.
