How does SD effect recovery? Can you increase your training volume to increase gains on the 3/2 cycle?
Right now I train each muscle group once per week and lift 4 days. I am planning on hitting main muscle groups twice (chest, back legs) and others (arms, shoulders, traps...) just once. On the two a week muscles, one day it will be heavy weight, low rep, the other, lighter weight more reps. I will do this in 6 days as compared to the 4.
I have used 10, 15 & 20 mgs of M1T but responded best when using a 15mg dose. I will start with 30mgs of SD for the first 3wks, then do the DHEA/Fenugreek PCT on the in-between 2wk recoveries then a short PCT using Nolva after the 3rd 3wk cycle of SD. I will use grapefruit juice and Taurine and lots of banana’s...
