Pre-workout is great but can also be used with other compounds as a make shift 'test base" but needs to be dosed as often as possible throughout the day.

If you're taking MENT solo, my suggestion is to dose it 3-4 times a day at 5-10mg per dose. If you stack it with something, take the whole dose preworkout.

It's best run while taking something else, imo.

I have not the best but it does the trick. Seems to be stuck to the bottle a bit and constantly need shaking. I am sad to see wicked PCT from AAr go. I picked a few of those up.

Say what? You must not be using PHF Ment? The most I ever did was 40 mg at one time and I thought my head was going to explode. Tired 40 a second time and got the same thing. 30 is all I can handle.
