Is Nolvadex okay to take when you're Diabetic?

Hey guys I'm 25, and just finished a cycle of epistane and tr3st. Soon after I felt very weak and surprisingly got diagnosed with diabetes. I've tried searching online but couldn't find much info and I'm hoping you guys could know better and could help me out here. Would it still be okay for me to use nolvadex during my pct?
