What's your opinion guys in my slin protocol
75 mins before workout 5iu of humulin r then after 15 mins pre workout meal of 200g of chicken breast and 100g of oats with 2 tbsp of honey and 1 banana
2 hours later (middle of workout) protein bar of 20g pro, 35g carbs and 7g fat
PWO shake of 40g of protein and 100g of dates
1 hour later solid meal
