So come december 1 im gonna give IML msten + LGI Stano-200 a shot. Around december 1 the passed few years ive been doing epistane runs and prior to that i ran superdrol twice and cyanostane once. 7th cycle. 5'-6"-200 lb-19% BF

Week 1-3: Msten 10 mg / Stano 1000 mg
Week 4-6: Msten 20 mg / Stano 1000 mg

Week 7-8: Nolva 20 mg
Week 9-10: Nolva 10 mg / OG Erase 50 mg
Week 11-12: OG Erase 25 mg

Optimum Multivitamin (On/Post-Cycle)
Optimum Protein (On/Post-Cycle)
NOW Omega-3 (On/Post-Cycle)
Animal Flex (On/Post-Cycle)

Letro and Cialis on hand. Not looking for an extreme weight gaining bulk, just a lean strength bulk no more than 7-10 lb. Really dont wanna see 20 lb. like when i took superdrol. Thoughts on the layout?

Why not 20mg from the get go? Could off tossed in sns reduce xt for pct for cortisol.

Well since ive stated its for strength here's my stats. I injured my back on my last pull in a meet in september, so i havent squatted or deadlifted in 2 months my stats are low on my legs now, so i can imagine the numbers will be shooting up no matter what i was taking.

Paused bench: 315 x 3 (last tuesday)
Parallel Squat with SBD knee sleeves: 405 x 3 (today)
Sumo Deadlift: 435 x 3 (last thursday)

it may change, i wanna see how my body reacts. i dont like sides. with epi i was good at 30, but anything more i couldnt sleep. i know this is different, i wanna feel it out.

30mg epistane and couldn't sleep :eek: ...didn't know people had issue sleeping on epistane

Thats smart. Start less and you can always bump up doseage. If you start too high you might get sides and wished you would have started lower. haha. But everyone reacts differently and does things differently.

Looks good, I would add in Reduce XT during week 3 of PCT though.

I would also just pick DAA or Activate Xtreme and save the test booster you don't use for off cycle.

I ordered some. Couldnt wait til december 1, so i started today. Beginning weight 202.

Heavy Paused Bench: 320x3, 225x20
Close-Grip Bench: 185x10 (3 sets)
Tricep Push Down: 50x20 (3 sets)
Tricep Pull Down: 50x20 (3 sets)
DB Incline Bench: 45x15 (3 sets)

holy m-sten! this is some good stuff. i have back pumps and insomnia at 10 mg, so i may stay at 10 mg for the remainder because these gains are great. my paused bench (365#) goal, which was planned for my 2nd mini cycle, was smoked tonight. Next week im gonna attempt a paused bench with 385# and maybe a touch and go with 405. Current weight is 212. On sunday i had a parallel raw squat, no wraps, of 475 and plan on smoking 500 on sunday. tomorrow i will max on dead and will feel it out after i pull 500. planning on 525-550 depending on my back.
