You could go to a clinic and ask for a biopsy. Basically they'll numb it right there, cut out the lump, and send it to lab for testing (to make sure it's not cancerous). Real quick and easy procedure I've had it done before.
**** I hope its not cancerous. My mom had breast cancer and had this weird gene that makes you a lot more prone. I haven't tested to find out if I had the gene, but this might mean I have it..
Its probably a benign cyst. If it moves around they won't waste the time doing a biopsy. My doctor had an ultrasound done on the same thing on me recently. They may take bloods to check WBC just to be sure but you're probably fine if it rolls around. Get it checked out anyways though. Best of luck!
