Hallo,
I want to start my first cycle really soon. I did research but still im not sure so maybe you guys can help me out .
What i choose:
PH: 1-andro rde chrome 6 Weeks (maybe stacked with 4-ad/epi)
PCT: Armo-x, maybe some other natty testobooster.
If you know a better combination for a 6 week cycle please tell me. I prefer Liquid/Disolving products.
I also heard hexadrole/epi is a good stack. Just give me some ideas
My Meal Plan:
Breakfast: Eggs + Whole Wheat Bread + Omega 3
Snack: banana
Postworkout: Protein Shake + Creatin + 15x Gummybears
Snack: Whole Wheat Bread with Chicken + Tuna
Dinner: Chicken + Rice + Vegetables
Snack: 1 Glas of Milk + Fruits (Banana, Berry Mix)
This is not the final meal plan ill try to get to: 3200kcal, 250 protein, 280 carbs, 80 fat
My Goal is to lose around 2% body fat and gain lean muscle aswell
Will i get good results with this?
Do i need any additional PCT or Cycle Support?
