Dosage question

I'm on trt, and was wondering what is best muscle-building wise. I know there isn't much difference, but would injecting 100mg once per week have a better effect on muscle building since it raises your e2 a bit more, or would splitting the dosage 50mg twice a week which keeps e2 lower? At 100mg my e2 is around 35, and at 50mg twice per week it's around 20

how do you find out how many mg's? I've always gone off ml.

That bottle says 200mg/ml, so 1 ml would be 200 mg.

lex i do like 150mg every 6 days and found it to be perfect dose. not sure what e2 is but im sure it's right were it needs to be cause i feel great and also get random semi wood and full blown morning wood lol sorry for tmi

I would stick with twice weekly injections. It provides more stable levels and less estrogen conversion for what has to be a better T:E ratio. The better the ratio the better the T does it's job.
