I'm trying to build a new cycle. My goal is gain 5-10lbs of clean muscle.
Now I'm at 177lbs / 5,68ft (around 12-13% BF)
Other issue I want to avoid is lethargy: I dont want feel like dead the most part of the day, so is there a PH or supplement to REAL contrastate this effect? Maybe add stano to the cycle can help?
Btw, i was thinking a base of DMZ (40/40/40/40/40/40), and then stack it with other PH, but I'm not sure wich best.
