I will be dosing at 3 caps a day, took 1 today at 1:00 pm then took a nap and another preworkout about 3:30 pm. A little about myself I'm 5'5'' about 165lbs and 34yrs old, been lifting seriously for about 6yrs now. Got quite a few cycles under my belt, hoping to gain at least 10lbs with this. As for training I'm going to be running the Arnold blueprint trainer but basicly at week 5 in the program throughout. But instead of everything being trained twice a week I'll be splitting the workouts down to chest, back, shoulders, rest, arms, and legs because of the high volume. So today went like this-
