I will be dosing at 3 caps a day, took 1 today at 1:00 pm then took a nap and another preworkout about 3:30 pm. A little about myself I'm 5'5'' about 165lbs and 34yrs old, been lifting seriously for about 6yrs now. Got quite a few cycles under my belt, hoping to gain at least 10lbs with this. As for training I'm going to be running the Arnold blueprint trainer but basicly at week 5 in the program throughout. But instead of everything being trained twice a week I'll be splitting the workouts down to chest, back, shoulders, rest, arms, and legs because of the high volume. So today went like this-

Bench press 5 205, 195 6,5 - 6,6,5 60 seconds

Low incline DB fly 5 30's 12,12,12,12,11 0
superset with
Low incline band fly 5 35's 12,10,8,8,7 60 seconds

I'm supposed to do cable crossovers but I workout at home so I got some 12" monster mini bands for this. Will get some pics up soon, big thanks to Ironflex and McCrew530 for this oppurtunity!

Thanks guys for the kind words, I work really hard for my physique and wish to compete someday. I'm trying to get up to 190 so that when I cut I can be a solid 170-175 so I can compete in middleweight. As it is I've never been able to get over 174, so when I cut I'm at 155-160 which puts me in the welterweights and there's just not much competition there. Here's a pic from my last cut about 7-8 weeks ago-

Did back today, got a great pump-

Pullups- as many as it takes to get 50-B.W.- 12,8,6,5,5,4,4,4,2

Barbell rows 8x8- 130lbs- 8,8,8,8,8,8,8,8
superset with
Dual DB rows 8x8- 30's- 8,8,8,8,8,8,7,6

Barbell shrugs 5xMAX- 135lbs- 20,13,11,10,10

Hanging leg raises 5xMAX- B.W.- 18,16,13,12,12

60 seconds rest between sets on everything except shrugs went 30 seconds on those, kinda like rest pause. The barbell row superset with dumbell rows was freaking excruciating! Talk about a pump, when I was done with these I could barely bend over cause of the lower back pumps. Also dosed 2 caps nasty mass preworkout so pumps were possibly stronger cause of this, but that's how I like it! :D

Managed to do the whole shoulders and arms routine last night, even with only 60 second rest periods it took me over 2 hours to finish the workout, so I'm definately going to have to split it up to shoulders one day and arms the next. Anyhow here's what I did-

Military press (seated) 10x4 165-4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,5

Arnold press 5x8 40's- 8,8,6,6,5
superset with
Lateral raises 5x8 20's- 8,8,8,8,8

DB upright rows 5x6 40's- 6,6,6,7,7
superset with
Lying rear delt fly's 5x12 15's- 12,10 10's- 12,12,12

Barbell curls 5x8 75- 8,8,8,8,8 3x5 90- 5,5,5

Concentration curls 5x6 25's- 6,6,5 20's- 6,6
superset with
Seated DB curls 5x6 25's- 6 20's- 6,5,4,3

Close grip bench press 8x8 155- 8,8,8,8,8,8,8,8

Skullcrushers 5x15 60- 15,15,15,15,15
superset with
1-arm overhead DB ext. 5x15 20's- 6 10's- 8,12,10,8

Wrist curls 5x12 40- 12,12,15,13,13
superset with
Reverse wrist curls 5x12 25- 12,12,12,10,9

Talk about a pump! Doing the 1-arm exercises supersetted with the other exercises was quite different and tricky and basicly zapped my arms. Following this workout I had a protein shake with some creatine x3, the cheap stuff from wal-mart. 30 minutes later followed up with a 18 oz steak and 2 medium baked potatoes.:32:

Just finished a chest workout, got a great pump, did a pre-exhaust workout-

Incline DB fly 5x10-12 40's- 13,11,10,10,11
superset with
Incline BB press 5xmax 135- 7,6,6,5,6

Low incline DB press 1 1/2's 4xmax 40's- 9,8,9,8

Banded bench press 5xmax 135+35's - 14,10,7,7,6 ( 135lbs + 2-35lb monster mini bands)

Plus a couple sets of pushups on stands for a deep stretch. Here's an after pic of the pump, it's not that great of a pic cause I was by myself-

I always have a very difficult time trying to take pics after a lifting session. Just don't seem to be able to hold steady enough.

Today makes day 9 as I said earlier I'm up 5lbs and definitely fuller, pumps have been good about the same as 10mgs dbol preworkout. Haven't had any sides really, got slightly tender nips the last couple days but that could be from a couple other things. As for strength it's kinda hard to tell as I'm really training for all out size, will know more as the run progresses.

5 pounds in 9 days is pretty solid. Hopefully it's a sign of greater gains to come :)

Was tired as hell yesterday but managed to do a pretty heavy arm workout-

Incline curls 5x6-8 30's- 7,5 25's- 6,5,4 ( both arms completely supinated and curled simultaneous)
superset with
V-Bar pressdowns 5x6-8 82- 9,10 93- 7,5 82-8 ( performed on lat station)

E-Z Bar curls 5x6-8 80- 7,8,7,7 90- 6
superset with
Skullcrushers 5x6-8 80- 11, 100- 7,6 90- 7,7

1-arm DB preacher curls 5x6-8 20's- 7,6,5,5,4
superset with
1-arm overhead ext. 5x6-8 25's-11 30's- 8,6,7,7

Alternating curls 3xmax 20's- 12,11,11
superset with
Dips 3xmax B.W.- 17,15,14

60 second rest periods after each superset, arms were pumped to the max! Going to hit legs shortly :D

Yeah, every now and then I do 100 seated barbell curls with a 100 bench dips, talk about pain!

Alright guys just finished my leg workout, pre=exhaust with a no bulls**t approach-

Leg ext. 3x12-15 50- 20, 60-16,15
superset with
Leg curl 3x12-15 30- 18, 40- 14,13 60 seconds rest between supersets

Squats 10x2 215- 2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2 Bulldozer style rest pause with 5 deep breaths between sets ( these were painful )

Sissy squats 3xmax B.W.- 14, 25lbs- 10,9 dropset to B.W.- 4 60 second rest periods

Barbell standing calf raise 6xmax 135- 20,16,14,13,13,12 1xmax B.W.- 25 45 second rest periods

My legs feel like tree trunks, finished the workout in less than 45 minutes including stretches afterwards.
