HcG Amp Mix = ?

I would like to know how do you mix these amps with bac water, as it seems to be a hasle!!!!, I previousy used a type of hcg that included a vial with the hcg powder and another with water, I simply discarded the vial with water and used my own bac water, put the 5 ml in the vial with HcG and thats was it.... the fkn powder takes A LOT to mix with with the bac water, it takes a few spins and I need to roll it and then throw it to the air to catch it and then more spins (do not shake!) and all that, takes 5 minutes..... but now I have 3 5000 IU amps and I wonder how am I suppossed to mix these since the amp is so smal and of course, I could not spin the vial....... I wonder if this kind of hcg would mix easier when the water gets to the hcg?
