Just started my 1t/4ad cycle this morning (got some of it on me while I was 'brewing it up on wed, but I'm not counting that) went in and did shoulders/hams tonight and added weight to EVERY exercise (same reps btw). I know this is placebo as I haven't read anywhere that 1t/4ad trans kicked in that soon for anyone, I can't wait until it actually starts working :)

Youve just been limiting yourself all your prior workouts. Thats how plateus form you never try to move up ur weights.

I def agree.....it happens to everyone....

a good workout partner or spotter goes a long way to.

Up te weight or reps every time in the gym, or change the exercise.

Keep a log, you either beat the log or it beats you!

I keep a log, best decision I have ever made btw. A spotter is also a great thing to have, unfortunately due to work schedule conflicts my friends can only workout with me 2 days a week, and there is usually no one else in there.
