Hey guys. Before the ban, I purchased 4 bottles ergo 1ad and 25g 4ad powder, to use transdermally. I was planning on this lasting me 2 cycles. I have 2 options how i can divide this up-
First way
Cycle 1:
week 0: 000mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD(transdermal)
week 1: 300mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD
week 2: 300mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD
week 3: 300mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD
week 4: 300mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD
Cycle 2:
week 0: 000mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD(transdermal)
week 1: 300mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD
week 2: 300mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD
week 3: 600mg 1AD / 400mg 4AD
week 4: 600mg 1AD / 400mg 4AD
week 5: 600mg 1AD / 400mg 4AD (only 5 days of week 5)
2 cycles like this-
week 0: 000mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD(transdermal)
weeks 1-2: 300mg 1AD / 300mg 4AD
weeks 3-4: 600mg 1AD / 400mg 4AD
Which 2 cycles do you guys think would be more beneficial for me? The first way would be a lighter cycle, then a heavier cycle for later in the future. The second way is 2 intermediate cycles. Either way, I would probably use nolva for the PCT because its cheaper and works better, in the 40/40/20/20 that seems to be the norm.

Lifting for about 2.5 years, started at 140lbs, been using FrankieNY 5x5 routine for the past 2-3 months.
My weights have been slowly and steadily going up, as has my bodyweight been going up slowly, but i havent really gained any size in the past 8 months or so, except in the waistline area. My diet is pretty good, at least 3000 calories, and about 250-300g protein/day.
