Is a pct necessary in ostarine? Specifically Olympus labs ostarine

Depends on dose and length on cycle.

Reduce Xt
0/0/3/3/3/3

And xgels to hold onto gains.
That's what I would do. Simple and effective. Only for cutting or recomp IMO.

Ok thanks man, a buddy of mine is curious about it and I couldn't really tell him much info, do you know what average gains are with something like this? And is there water retention?

Shouldn't have any bloat.
On a cut...I normally still loose weight but no strength or size.
On a recomp. I maintain weight and lean out while gaining strength.
And I haven't used it to bulk. But you wouldn't gain much. It's not very powerful.
