Hey guys . Alright i just completed my OL dmz cycle along with my pct.
On cycle
Dmz
Arm1care

Then pctd
OL super pct
Clomid
Str3nght

Ive been reading about ostar1ne and really wanna give it a shot at one point sense i wanna get rid of some fat but still retain my strenght. And its suppose to be milder than a prohormone . Ive come across some threads where people are saying u can bridge osta inbetween cycles? A little more info would be greatly appreciated . Im talking about running it solo . Just osta , arm1care and pct

It was great! Highly recommend it! No bad side effects. Great strenght and size gains. Bench went up 30 pounds along with my other lifts. Gained 14 pounds also.

Normal protocol for using osta in pct is 5-10mg for 4 weeks with your AI, test booster and SERM.

That's how i'd do it, but some will run osta 10/10/10/10. I would taper it aswell

Also want to ask outnof curiosity. If i didnt want to bride it and just run it in a cut with a fat burner like norco could i do that. I know its prole newbie questions but ive researched this fourm alot sense joining and havent found anyone doing it. Or run it now right after my dmz cycle for 8 weeks without a break between cycles . I know its not recommended but just asking
