FRL Alphamass, and some questions I have.

First off, I am 25yo 6'1" at 204 pounds. Probably 16-18% BF. In-and-out of the gym since I was 18. More time in gym than not... With that said, I am not very satisfied with where my physique stands as of now.

Joined the military and lost quite a bit of size and strength through boot camp and other training. I was a skinny 178 last may 2013. Lifting heavy since. Only at the start of this year did I start a solid program.

Past 4 months:
tracking Cals from 3000 progressing to 3400 daily. IIFYM, 40/30/30 macros.
Slowly gaining weight, but feeling fat... strength increasing as it should on,

Wendler 531, BBB version lifting program.

Plenty of sleep. usually 7 meals daily.
have used creatine, DAA, Anabeta elite and x factor. Compete pre workout.

I am trying to learn all I can about prohormones, as I have ran Bulk Up by androfactory last year and didnt get much from it except an empty wallet.
I found FRL Alphamass to be something that interests me. Not huge gains, non methylated, minor sides (especially gyno)(that scares me!)

My Questions:
How does this compare to others suiting my interests?
how should I dose it/stack with supps I have now.... What kind of PCT and which compound should I use after this.
In military, so random drug screenings do happen. can any of these PHs or PCTs show up?
Can anyone whos used this chime in?
Can I expect to keep my gainzzz at the end of the cycle and PCT?
