Should I let my wrist injury heal before my first cycle?

I am gearing up for my first cycle. I will be doing test prop 50-75mg ED for 12 weeks and possibly 30mg dbol for the first 4 weeks. I am currently 6' 238 @ 18-20% bf. I've been in a caloric deficit for the past couple months, I will not start this cycle until I am at least down to 14%. My question is regarding an injury to my wrist. I was deadlifting with straps a few weeks ago and have since had problems with my right wrist. I've been using chalk now, don't think I will ever use straps again. Since it hasn't healed in the past 3 weeks, I don't see it healing unless I take some time off.

Should I:
Take time off now, let it heal asap.
Take a little time off during the cycle so I don't loose progress during my time off.
Take time off from pushing movements only, since those are what cause pain.
Don't take time off at all and just tough out the pain.

It's not terribly painful, its more of an annoyance really. The only exercise that really causes a lot of pain is weighted dips and I have stayed away from those since the injury.
