Hey guys im running a T-Stane and Tr3n cycle
This is my 4th cycle, have done a solo Halo cycle, DMZ cycle and a Sten-Zine (DMZ) cycle

Im 5'10
230 lbs (im cutting right now, down from 250)
looking to stay around 230 but get harder and leaner
hoping strength stays there too

max lifts
bench - 340
squat - 415 (gotta get that number up)
dead - 545
overhead press - 205

im running
Ironflex T-Stane (Epi-Tren) 40mg ED 45days
Olympus Labs Tr3n 60mg ED 45days (100mg total tren ED)
Ironflex Cycle Defense

Lurker that decided to register to sub this. Had a similar cycle in mind!

Question for the experts: tren has decimated my libido in the past to the point where I experienced a brief break up with my then-girlfriend because she thought it was infidelity! What is the best way to maintain a healthy libido while on epi/tren?

Good luck with the log. I'll definitely be anxiously following!

Low dose of TR3ST or DermaTREST should be enough to keep your male parts functioning.

There are a few things that may have attributed to this, Epi crushes your Estro which is needed for a healthy libido also tren can raise prolactin which again can kill your wood. The limp noodle is always a potential problem when cycling thats why its vital to have all of your bases covered because it could have been something like High blood pressure from the cycle.
The other thing you are going to want to do is tell your lady that you are going to be making some sick gains and that you may be out of commission for a min and its not her fault. And/Or grab some cialis .

I had Cia on hand and ran caber 2x/wk. Cia kept my junk working but I just felt completely asexual. Zero desire.

Tr3n has been a blast for me so far over the last two weeks. I'd suggest buying some benadryl because it makes sleep pretty difficult. Lean gains seem to be good though and no real sides at this point.

will start by taking
40mg Epi
100mg Tren

Diet
Today is carb up day, so hitting around 250 pro 500 carbs 60-70 fat
Got a pound of buffalo and 2 cups of rice infront of me right now :)
Then back to keto for the rest of the week 300 pro 90-100 fat

Weighed in today at 228.7 lbs
Goal is to increase strength and drop some bf%
I will keep you guys posted

I don't train until 6 or 7 pm and im up around 7 or 8 am

2 t-stane and 1 tr3n am
same thing pre work out
cycle defense 1 am 1 pre work out and 1 before bed

energy is fine

i just go keto for a week or 2 at a time, im adding back in carbs on wednesday, but nothing to crazy start around 100 grams post work out

hit chest traps and abs today

worked my way up to two set of 2 reps with 325lbs (have only hit 325lbs for singles before today)

im getting tons of food in me, 2 pounds of extra lean ground beef (4 meals), 4 whole eggs, 7 whites, 2 protein shakes, and a quest bar :) just to keep the cravings away

2 more days till I start adding back in some carbs which should help with my strength too, either 50 grams pre and post or 100 grams post

zero sides
but nothing to crazy to report yet either, only one week in
