Epi First Cycle Rundown

Ok. So I am totally new to the PH world and I will be running my first Epistane cycle. I got the novice stack from strong supplements. I have been working out committedly for 6 years.

-For during cycle I will be taking ProteX Cycle Assist, fish oil, taurine, and Joint Repair by Transform Supplements.
-For my PCT I have Nolvadex as a SERM, Erase Pro by PES for an AI, DAA Max test booster, and Post Cycle 3X by Vital Labs.

Age: 27

Epistane Dosage:
1. 20/20/20/20/20/20/20
2. 30/30/30/30/30/30/30
3. 40/40/40/40/40/40/40
4. 30/30/30/30/30/30/30
5. 30/30/30/30/30/30/30
6. 20/20/20/20/20/20/20

PCT:
Now this is where I’m a little confused. I’m not sure how/if to run the AI with the SERM. I got the AI simply because of reading all the posts about having a complete PCT in place in-case anything goes wrong.

Nolva:
1. 20/20/20/20/20/20/20

3. 10/10/10/10/10/10/10
4. 10/10/10/10/10/10/10

Along with the nolva I will be taking the Post Cycle 3x by vital labs. The DAA Max test booster starting week 1 with the nolva. The only thing I’m not sure about is the AI and the dosage. Any critique on any of this would be appreciated.

Bump to 30 mg of epistane week one stay there until end of cycle or bump it to 40 but don't taper.

For your pct add the AI in the end of week three taper that down something like 3 caps a day the next week at 2 caps a day and the next two weeks at one a day. I honestly doubt you will need it but I've taken an AI to be safe in the past

Keep it simple. EP15TANE will give you 6 weeks worth a great epi run @ 30/45/45/45/45/45 . Grab a good cycle assist as mentioned by mw1, grab sup3r pct + DAA by SNS in caps form with your serm.

Yea no need to taper specially when you bump to forty that's generally the sweet spot. My first cycle was epi also. Personally I found no use for an ai it made my nips tight and I am prone to gyno but good on you for getting one. I did the first two days 20 the next two days 30 and the rest 40. Just watch your blood pressure though. Mine skyrocketed to 167/80.

And the Dry Erase pro says only one capsule daily. Is it ok to start at 3 my second week into the serm then taper down to one for the next 3 weeks? Thanks.

20mg/ml that means there are 20mg in 1 ml. So take 1 ml for 2 weeks, then .5 ml for 2 weeks.

Your nolva is probably 20mg a ml so a full syringe would be 20mg a half 10. Erase pro id wait until week 3 and do 2/2/1 myself.
