Epistane (alpha-epi) cycle

i'll try to add some lean mass and reduce bodyfat, i may try to gain muscle the first 4 weeks, then cut some fat for the rest of the cycle.

actual diet is around 4000kcal... bulking obviously (250g protein. 400g carbs, 100g fats) i'll modify this listening to my body needs.

This is my first cycle

-Alpha-epi 90caps (20mg each)
-Undertaker by epic labs 60 caps (epistane also) 10mg of epi per cap with an stupid cocktail of stim in it (400mg) (ephedra, caffeine and some other sh*t)
-liver support
-multivitamins
-fishoil
-silymarin complex
-tamoxifeno
-Hybrid F1-test (testbooster)

just thinking in add the undertaker because of the stim cockteil, what if i do 8 weeks of epi? is it too much?, i'll be running vitamins, liver support, sylimarin, fish oild and a solid diet through the whole cycle, shall i add or throw something? may get Elastijoint or something for the joints if needed. thanks...

The longest I've run Epi is 6 weeks but I love the stuff!
I didn't have joint pain from it even with my bum elbow (meaning my elbow pain didn't get worse even when lifting heavier on epi)

I'd suggest 6 weeks but it's honestly up to you.
Take some extra liver care

is my pct fine in your opinion? i was thinking in first day 40 then 20/20/10/10 instead of 40/40/20/20

20/20/10/10. Also undertaker sounds like a sht product, if you insist on taking it watch your bp. Why didn't you go with trusted brands?

Agreed

I'd flip that **** and go with solo products. I've never been a fan of multiple compound products. Eph, Caffeine and being on cycle seems ludicrous

You won't need to go that high with nolva. Especially if you have pharmaceutical grade.
The others are correct 20-20-10-10

i apreciate your replies. Undertaker is kicked out now, one more thing to start this... i know that epi is a dry compound and may hurt my joints and my test booster Hybrid F1- test has androsta 3 5 diene 7 17 dione (arimistane)(AI) 35mg per service (2caps) so, what would you do... run the test booster along the SERM ,run it in the middle of PCT or after PCT? im affraid to kill my joints, thanks
