Question though: Directions say to apply pre-workout. Wouldn't it come off from sweating, etc and showering post-workout?

My idea was to just apply every day after showering. Although if it would be fine, I suppose pre-workout application would provide a nice boost.

But I just finished a PCT not too long ago, and am taking some off time.

Right now trying to get nice and lean while maintaining size/strength with folli. Hopefully will already be fairly lean when the cycle starts, and then BOOM get shredded az fuq on a nice lean bulk/ recomp.
