So I've been researching this quite a bit, but cannot seem to find a consistent opinion on the best time to apply this. I understand that transdermals are absorbed best after shower or around workout, but some people seem to believe around a workout is not ideal for this compound due to effects on cortisol. Before bed is also not ideal due to potential sleep problems, so if I were to run this what time should I dose it? Here's a typical workout day schedule for me
5:30 am - wake up, shower etc
6:00-6:30 - start workout
8:00-8:30 - shower again and get ready for work
9:30-6:30 - work
Then come home and relax/clean etc. Usually in bed by 10
I also am an IFer so I don't eat my first meal until the afternoon, doubt this is relevant though. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
