Halodrol Cycle Cardio/Nutrition Questions

This is going to be my first PH cycle. I have researched until my eyes are bleeding but I just wanted to confirm I’m on the right track.

Stats:
Age-34
Weight-192
Height-73”
Bodyfat- 9-10%
TDEE-2800cal

Goals:
Gain 8-10 pounds lean mass
Lose 1-2% bodyfat

I have been making very slow gains (trying to stay lean) currently eating about my TDEE. I lift heavy 5 days per week, focusing on one muscle group per day spending around 1-1.5 hours per day lifting. I normally take Thursday s and Sundays off from lifting. I have not been doing any cardio for awhile now and I have been able to maintain low bodyfat through my diet and lifting routine. I am currently doing IF (Intermittent fasting) as I was using it to control my hungry during my last cut and enjoyed it so I continued on after. I plan on stopping IF when I begin my cycle and eating around 6 spaced out meals per day with around 40/40/20 ration of p/c/f.

My questions:

1. Do I need to preload Cycle Support for 2 weeks or will 1 be adequate?

2. As I am relatively lean now and doing no cardio, will it be necessary to introduce some cardio on off days during my cycle?

3. I plan on taking my calories to 3000 during my first week and around 3200-3300 for the rest of the cycle. Do you think this will be adequate to meet my goals? As a pervious morbidly obese person (335 pounds, 50% bodyfat)I also have a fear of putting on too much bodyfat but I realize I have to eat to grow!

4. If I monitor my blood pressure on H-Drol and my levels remain normal (safe) is there any other reason I could not take a preworkout supplement during my cycle (caffeine boost needed after 9 hour a day desk job)

My current cycle will be as follows:

Halocor @ 50/75/75/75/75/75(mg)
Nolvadex (Tamoxifen Citrate) PCT @ 20/20/10/10(mg)
DAA @ 3/3/3/3/3/3 3g/day for 6 weeks starting day one of PCT
Formastane dosed @ 0/0/200/200/100/100(mg) PCT
Formeron @ use the needed pumps for it to be the mg dosage and split in AM and PM
PCT Assist @ 4/4/4/4 2 Caps (4 total) 8 to 12 hours apart with a meal start of PCT
Lean Extreme @ 0/0/3/3/3/3 7am,11am,7pm PCT

Other Supplements taken not listed below:
Animal Flex, CoQ10, Creatine (5g start of PCT), PreWorkout (start of PCT possibly before)

So I figured too much text, sorry. Here are my questions:

I'll try to help you out. I'm on day two of halocor srs. May make a log.

I've taken Life support for one week prior to starting this cycle.

I'm 180lbs and trying to consume around 4k cals per day.

I'm running it at 75mg for 6 weeks.

Nolva and daa. Will probably order erase and lean extreme as well for pct.

Cardio? I'll hit the punching bag on my off days and do a little hiit.

Das it mane. Train hard eat clean drink plenty of water. I feel a little hornier too...not sure why

Thanks, I was thinking that 3k calories will most likely not be enough. If you start a log i'd be down for see how you respond to the Hacocor. I'm most likely going to do a log myself when I start.

Been monitoring BP while precycling cycle support. Still very low, lol. Think im going to start cycle next week. Will start a log then.

To answer your pm: Although Tr3st is a hormone, I run it more like a cycle aide. I dose on a more moderate side, 2-3 caps a day, to keep lethargy away and it should keep your libido up or more than before.

I don't add cardio on cycle and definitely wouldn't in PCT. On cycle, I usually add about 500 more calories a day to my diet.

Well first week over 2nd week began today. Feeling great. Brought my calories up 200 over maintenance first week. Start of 2nd week bringing them up again another 150 for a total of 350 above maintenance. Watching my weight and if it starts to go down i'll do another increase. I have gained about 1-2 pounds so far.

I see no loss of definition in abs and mid section so I think its safe to say its good weight. I know H-drol takes 2-3 weeks to kick in. Little more joint pain then usually upping fish oil from 6g to 10g for my second week. Lifts going well making slow increases. It does seem like I can go longer at gym, my hour per day session seems short and I have push some workouts to 1.5 hours.

I have also decided to start TRT this past week from my VERY low testosterone. I have only done one Test C injection at 120mg. Meeting with Endo tomorrow to discuss monitoring different hormone levels including E2 which my family doc does not want to monitor. Blood pressure doing great. I do take a per-workout before each weight training with no negative effects thus far.

I did start Taurine about 2 days ago as I notice some back pumps (weird feeling). I need 10g as 5g wasn't enough. Looking forward to my second week and my meeting with my Endo tomorrow and this is will decide if I continue TRT. If so I most likely will skip PCT for this cycle (skip the Nolvadex on TRT as a minimum).
